ICAT Design and Media College conducted a session titled Trapped featuring Vrajeshwara Govinda Prabhu, the HoD of the FOLK Youth Empowerment Club at ISKCON Bangalore.
With over a decade of experience as a monk, Prabhu shared profound insights on holistic and spiritual development, stressing the importance of not being trapped by social media, bad habits, or external influences that hinder personal growth.
Through an engaging discussion, he encouraged students to lead a balanced life, cultivatediscipline, and make conscious choices that empower them rather than allowing negative habits to take control. The session provided invaluable guidance on self-awareness, mindfulness, and the pursuit of a purposeful and fulfilling life.
